Job Title: Cement Mason
Job Duties: Apply knowledge of concrete and mortar products and mixtures to desired consistency. Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walls, roofs, walks, sidewalks, roads or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools. Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters; patch voids and use saws to cut expansion joints. Mix mortar or grout and pour or spread on marble slabs, stone, when laying blocks or setting tiles. Prepare and set forms for concrete structures in the precast yard and at project sites. Special wage rate: Work to be performed on DPRI-funded projects will be paid no less than the indicated wage rate, but may be paid more where special Davis-Bacon Act rates apply.

Qualification Requirements: 6th grade educ; 1 year experience as a Cement Mason. Off-island hires must complete a health screening prior to working in Guam. Successful applicant must be able to obtain military base access.
