| Job Duties: | • Performs baking functions according to approved recipes and specifications. • Have an excellent knowledge in ingredient and actual baking procedures. • Operates baking equipment such as mixer, oven, dough cutter, fryer, etc. • Performs quality control procedures for better products. • Coordinates with Store Manager/Supervisor on production levels and schedules when to produce bakery products in a timely manner. • Ensures proper inventory levels are maintained for all ingredients. • Improves existing products or introduces new products to raise sales. • Coordinates with sales clerks and assists them during peak periods. • Does other store duties when necessary like fixing equipment, cashiering, making reports and other tasks that maybe assigned by superiors. • Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds. • Willing to work for night shifts. • Confident in doing basic mathematics. |
