| Job Duties: | Interact customer to provide information in response to inquiries about marine sports recreation. Confer with customer by telephone or in person to provide information about product or service. Check to ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customer's problem. Keep records of customer interaction or transactoins, recording details of inquiries, or comments. Complete contract forms, prepare changes of address record using computers. Check recreation equipment fully operational to ensure customer's satisfaction and safety. |
