| Job Duties: | Manages and directs daily operations of wholesaler of food and other products. Implements company’s policies, goals and operational procedures. Manages and directs company’s activities concerned with the wholesale sales and distribution of its products. Manages and directs the company’s financial and administrative activities. Implements the company’s policies and procedures. Reviews financial statements, sales reports and other performance data to measure achievement towards sales goals and identify areas needing cost reduction and/ or program improvement. Monitors suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods within budgetary limits and negotiates contractual terms for procurement of merchandise from suppliers in South Korea. Establishes and maintains customer relationships with existing clients and negotiates sales contracts with Korean speaking customers and major customers. Prepares staff work schedules, evaluates staff performance and makes recommendations to corporate officers regarding personnel actions. Prepares report to the corporate officers on company’s sales, gross and net profit, operational efficiency, inventory and logistics and makes recommendations on procedures to improve operational efficiency. Utilizes Microsoft Excel in performing job duties. Travels to Employer's retail customers in all villages in the MSA of Saipan, NMI and to MSA of Rota, NMI and MSA of Tinian, NMI every three to four months to assess and address any operational deficiencies with the company's wholesale operations. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2023. Workdays will be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The job opportunity requires the worker to travel, in an Employer provided vehicle, to Employer's retail customers in all villages in the MSA of Saipan. Required to travel, at the Employer’s expense, every three to four months to MSA of Rota, NMI and MSA of Tinian, NMI to employer’s retail customers to assess and address any operational deficiencies with the company's wholesale operations. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
