Job Duties: | Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record store, and analyze information. Check figures, postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes. Classify record, and summarize numerical and financial date to compile and keep financial records using journals and ledgers or computers. Debit, credit and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software. Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents. Receive record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers. Comply with federal state, and company policies procedures and regulations. Compile statistical, financial accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses. Code documents according to company procedures. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records |

Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary-full time position commencing on September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2021. The applicants must be residing in the island of Saipan/Tinian/Rota to perform the services. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the adverse contractual first date of need , whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. On the job training is not necessary. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: if the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse or advance payment for the recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work except will the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount transportation reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for distances involved.
