Job Duties: | Plan, direct, coordinate, oversee & manage activities directly related to daily operations of the company, specifically film coordination and apartment rental. Formulate policies, review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, and to determine areas needing cost deduction and program improvement. Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits. Prepare work schedules and assign specific duties, determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees or oversee those personnel processes. May assist company’s filming crew customers from Japan with duties such as location hunting and guiding, obtaining filming permits, transportations, hiring and assigning specific duties to outside service staffs, by communicating with production staffs prior to the actual filming, as well as any other requests and needs which may arise on site. Accommodate company’s customers and vendors in Japanese. Do other related duties. |

Qualification Requirements: | Minimum 2 years of experience as a general manager of a film coordination service company in Saipan; Must be knowledgeable in location sites and accommodations in Saipan and major islands of the CNMI. Must be knowledgeable in film/photography/advertisement/entertainment industries. Must be able to speak, preferably to read and write Japanese in order to accommodate and communicate with customers (film/photo shooting crews) from Japan. |

Fringe Benefits: | Compensations: Workers’ Compensation provided. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence Provided: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. |
