Job Title: | Executive Administrative Assistant |
Job Duties: | Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff. Manage and maintain executives schedules. Make travel arrangements for executives. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping to aid executives. Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages. Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, board, and other meetings. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and board of directors. Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic book-keeping work. Perform activities in the human resources area, includes employment specialists who screen, recruit, interview, and place workers. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. |

Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position and must have at least 24 months work experience. Work days will be Monday to Friday, and work hours will be from 8am-5pm. With this position the employer also offers the three-fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) where in three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.) Transportation and Subsistence: If the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract, the employer will provide or reimburse the worker’s transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by Employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the work contract or where the worker dismissed earlier.
