Job Duties: | Establish and develop operational functions consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the company. Ensure the procedures are in compliance with company standards including anti money laundering regulations. Oversee the development of sound and efficient operating policies, procedures and reports that comply with all applicable rules and regulations and provides for the security and accountability of casino assets. Oversee compliance with applicable government regulatory and gaming internal control standards with respect to overall casino operations. Directs and monitors the budget, operations of assigned departments and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long term profitability. Oversees the confidentiality of all gaming records. Oversees staff consistency in demonstrating the company’s core standards and exceptional service values at all times. Establish a standard way of reference system with regards to research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes to cultivate repeat business and new business. Monitor and ensure that the casino operational process and procedural controls are properly established and are in place among Cage Operations, Casino VIP and Mass Marketing Operations, Table Games, and Slots Operations. Establish Casino Cage Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the teams guidance and reference in handling new activities, tasks and/or services impacting casino finance for the respective operations such as Mass Gaming Front Window, VIP Front Window, Main Bank / Marker Bank, Chip Bank and Team Member Bank. Drive ad-hoc project as required. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management in a timely manner. |

Qualification Requirements: | Bachelors Degree Holder with major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent of 10 years working experience in management role in Cage operations. 15 years experience in Cage operations in a well-known/ 5-star Casino or VIP Junket Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Strong knowledge, skills, and work experience in Casino Cage Operations. Must have at least 10 years of managerial experience in handling cage operations. Strong experience in developing, managing and implementing the strategy for Cage operation. Ability in the languages of Chinese or Mandarin is an advantage. Outstanding mathematical and analytical abilities. Exceptional customer service skills. Able to adapt to procedural changes when deemed necessary by house or guidelines. Can decipher changes that need to be made to move the department/organization to its desired goals. Familiar with Casino Management Systems Front Window, Main Bank, Marker Bank and Chip Bank. Knowledge of gaming operations mass gaming and VIP marketing operations including premium player program and junket programs. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the company and with staff at remote locations essential. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. Proficient computer skills including email, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) and Casino Operation Systems (Bally System, Veridocs) Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License Excellent communication and leadership skills is highly required. Able to multi-task. |

Comments: | [1] EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. [2] WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. [3] THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. [4] INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. [5] FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). [6] TOOLS, SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT: Workers will be provided at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, workers will be supplied at no charge all safety clothing and equipment. Company will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. [7] HOUSING: The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. [8] EMPLOYEE MEAL: The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
