| Job Duties: | Drive a tractor-trailer combination or heavy truck. Check vehicle to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order. Follow appropriate safety procedures for transportation of goods or materials. Inspect loads to ensure cargo is secure. Sucre cargo for transport using ropes, blocks, chains, binders or cover. Requires to unload truck. Require license if applicable. Tractor Trailer Truck Drivers will only be assigned in one worksite in Saipan they will not work in multiple places. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is temporary, full time position commencing on October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. THREE-FOURTH GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the workers at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, which ever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. THE TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workers is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work , except where the workers will not return to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal tot the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
