| Job Duties: | Provide customer service by greeting, assisting and responding to customers inquiries and complaints. Directly supervise employees engaged in BPOS, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing sales and services to customers. Examine merchandise and monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory services and good quality. Assign employees to specific duties. Keep records of purchase, sales and requisitions and other duties as maybe assigned. |
