Job Duties: | Prepare or maintain employment records, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software; Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations; Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork; Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities; Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns; Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); Schedule or conduct new employee orientations; Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms; Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures; Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate; Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements; Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed; Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals. Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues; Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications; Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills; Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs; Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports; Evaluate selection or testing techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management or supervisory personnel; Prepare correspondence and reports; Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings; Organize employees activities and make coordinations. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have a degree in business management, office administration or related course; 48 months or more of work experience in various human resources functions; knowledgeable in the processing of employment documents at USCIS; must have sufficient knowledge in employment laws and regulations; actively participating in human resource gatherings such as Society for Human Resource meetings and gatherings to be updated on new laws and regulations; ability to prepare correspondence and reports; can take down notes and prepare minutes of meetings; strong communication and inter-personal abilities, employee relations, teamwork and collaboration. |

Comments: | Workmen compensation insurance provided; This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Three-Fourths Guarantee. Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Inbound/Outbound Transportation and Subsistence. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the worker while travelling from employee’s origin to the place of employment, as well as provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.
