Job Duties: | Print the summary reports for all F&B Hotel Outlets for POS Micros Report details and do manually on the worksheet recap and post all revenues, covers and settlements. Verify all cashier’s reports all posting are posted to the right account in opera system. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records. Coordinate with the front desk while balancing and completing once the front office closed their cashier report the night audit can be run after the day has been closed , Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence. Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers. Complete back-up of front office computer system and night audit program daily (if applicable). Prepare bank deposits by compiling data from cashiers, verifying and balancing receipts, and sending cash, checks, or other forms of payment to banks. Preparing (DOR ) Daily Operations Reports. |

Qualification Requirements: | Associate in Accounting is required and no more than 24 months’ work experience. MUST HAVE BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE ON BASIC FUNCTIONS OF DEBITS AND CREDITS; KNOWLEDGE ON HOTEL-RELATED SYSTEMS PARTICULARLY ON FRONT OFFICE SYSTEMS AND POINT-OF-SALE SYSTEMS OF THE HOTEL INDUSTRY; STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL AND WORD; AND MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN USING OPERA (PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM), MICROS SIMPHONY, AND ORACLE HOSPITALITY REPORTING AND ANALYTICS; FAMILIARITY ON HOW THE HOTEL SETTLEMENT SYSTEM WORKS. |

Comments: | This a temporary, full-time position of at least 35 hours per work week with employment period beginning October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE for Employment offered is for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h). Transportation and subsistence will be provided to the worker from the place of origin to the place of employment. Upon conclusion of the job opportunity, employer will provide the return transportation and substance to the place of origin or place of recruitment (20 CFR 655.423(k)(1)). Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned (20 CFR 655.423(K)). This is a non-exempt position and is eligible to receive overtime compensation in accordance to The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
