Job Title: Reservation Supervisor
Job Duties: Coordinates all reservations efforts among the various markets. Maintains knowledge of hotel policies include room rates, discounts, special offerings, and community events. Communicates with Korean wholesalers and land operators to maximize earnings. Creates efficient reporting systems required by the Corporate office. Trains each Reservations staff to be as productive as possible. Prepares month end reports and assists with yield marketing. Performs other related duties as required.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. No more than 12 months experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent in customer service skills including dealing with patrons/tour vendors. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft office site and hotel reservation system preferably Opera. Able to work flexible shift including weekends, holidays and evening. bilingual is preferred du to market segment (Korean-English)

Comments: This a temporary, full-time position of at least 35 hours per work week with employment period beginning October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE for Employment offered is for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h). Deductions: Employer provided housing is optional for the cost of $100.00 per month (20 CFR 655.423(f)). Transportation and subsistence will be provided to the worker from the place of origin to the place of employment. Upon conclusion of the job opportunity, employer will provide the return transportation and substance to the place of origin or place of recruitment (20 CFR 655.423(k)(1)). Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned (20 CFR 655.423(K)). This is a non-exempt position and is eligible to receive overtime compensation in accordance to The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
