Job Title: Accounting/Audit Clerk
Job Duties: Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers. Prepare and send invoices to customers. Summarizes tax dues. Performs physical inventory accounting and audit. Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations. Receive, record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Applicant must be familiar with Sage 50 Accounting, Intuit QuickBooks Accounting and POS, Microsoft Word and Excel, use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems, able to communicate information and ideas in writing or orally so others will understand, with valid driver's license, able to work on a flexible working schedule: day shift, weekends, and holidays. Applicants will be required to submit to pre-employment drug testing and enter into a ongoing drug testing program which will be paid by the employer. This program will be equally applied to U.S., and CW-1 workers. Job requires being careful about detail and thorought in completing work tasks, requires honest and ethical.

Comments: The company guarantee three-fourth, Three-fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period. Transportation and subsistence will be provided to worker while traveling from workers origin to the place of employment and the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity.
