| Job Duties: | Interact with customers to provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about products and services. May handle and resolve general complaints. Reservations and sales agent:, issues tickets, and compiles reports of transactions: Obtains confirmation of dive tour and rate information. Issues and validates submarine tickets from stock or tour agents and bus confirmation from carriers. Prepares passenger bookings, vouchers, and bus transportation to and from guest destination. Prepares final daily reservations summary report. Keeps current directory of hotels, motels, and timetables, and answers inquiries concerning submarine tour accommodations. Reviews routine invoices of transportation charges, and types and submits reports to company and to transportation agencies. Prepares and types claim forms for refunds and adjustments and reports of transactions processed. Converses with travel agents to determine customer reservations required. Provides travel agents customer with brochures and publications containing optional information, Books reservations, using computer terminal or telephone. Prints or requests transportation carrier tickets, using computer printer system or system link to travel carrier. Plans, describes, arranges, and sells submarine tickets and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers, utilizing knowledge of available travel services and promotional techniques. Load and unload customers from the vessel. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Applicant must know how to use computer, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, able to work on a flexible working schedule: day shift, weekends, and holidays. At least can communicate with either one of the languages: Chinese/Japanese/Korean. Knowledge of WeChat, & WhatsApp is an advantage. Applicants will be required to submit to pre-employment drug testing and enter into a ongoing drug testing program which will be paid by the employer. This program will be equally applied to U.S., and CW-1 workers. Applicants must be physically able to perform efficiently the duties of the position at sea and ashore. |

| Comments: | The company guarantee three-fourth, Three-fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period. Transportation and subsistence will be provided to worker while traveling from workers origin to the place of employment and the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity.
