Job Title: General Maintenance Supervisor
Job Duties: SUPERVISE GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKER SCHEDULES, SEQUENCES AND ASSIGNMENTS FOR WORK ACTIVITIES, BASED ON WORK PRIORITY, QUANTITY OF EQUIPMENT AND SKILLS OF THE GENERAL MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL. SUPERVISE ALL MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS, INCLUDING MAINTAINING THE BUILDING, GROUNDS WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION TOWARDS SAFETY, SECURITY AND ASSET PROTECTION. REPORTS TO THE MANAGER THE POTENTIAL DISCREPANCIES FOR ALL MAINTENANCE MATTER. SUPERVISE INVESTIGATING ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES AND PREPARE REPORTS OF FINDINGS. ASSISTS WITH LEADING THE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM FOR ALL FACILITY ISSUES. ASSIST IN COMPILING OPERATIONAL OR PERSONNEL RECORDS, SUCH AS TIME AND PRODUCTION RECORDS, INVENTORY DATA, REPAIR OR MAINTENANCE STATISTICS, OR TEST RESULTS. SUPERVISE GENERAL MAINTENANCE STAFF IN DEVELOPING, IMPLEMENTING, OR EVALUATING MAINTENANCE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. MAY COUNSEL GENERAL MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES ABOUT WORK RELATED ISSUES AND ASSIST EMPLOYEES TO CORRECT JOB SKILLS DEFICIENCIES IN THE ABSENCE OF THE DEPARTMENT HEAD. ASSIST IN CONDUCTING OR ARRANGING FOR WORKER TRAINING IN SAFETY, REPAIR OR MAINTENANCE TECHNIQUES, OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES, OR EQUIPMENT USE. SUPERVISE ACTIVITIES OF GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKER ENGAGED IN OPERATING AND MAINTAINING FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT IN BUILDING SUCH AS HOTEL OR OFFICE BUILDING INSPECT ANY EQUIPMENT TO DETERMINE NEED AND EXTEND OF SERVICE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED AND NUMBER OF OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL NEEDED. SUPERVISE THE EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SUCH AS REFRIGERATION, PLUMBING, WATER TREATMENT AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, FIRE ALARMS, AND SPRINKLER SYSTEMS. SUPERVISE THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE GENERATORS AND REVERSE OSMOSIS. SUPERVISE AND EVALUATES THE PHYSICAL CONDITION OF FACILITIES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE TYPE OF WORK REQUIRED. SUPERVISE AND MANAGE THE CONTROLLING HEAT, LIGHT AND POWER AND RECOMMENDS CURRENT BEST METHODS FOR ENERGY CONSERVATION AND ECONOMICAL FACILITY OPERATIONS. MAY PERFORM OTHER RELATED TASK AS DETERMINED AND ASSIGNED BY THE DEPARTMENT HEAD. ETA

Qualification Requirements: Associate Degree in Engineering. At least two years of supervisory work experienced in the related field. 1. KNOWLEDGE IN SELECTING, MAINTAINING AND MONITORING DAILY OPERATIONS OF REVERSE OSMOSIS, GENERATORS, WATER PUMPS, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, WELDING, HEATING, COOLING, VENTILATION, FURNISHING, FIXTURES, PAINTING, CARPENTRY, TROUBLESHOOTING, AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. 2. COMPUTER LITERATE, AND POSSESS EMAIL COMMUNICATION SKILLS. 3. KNOWLEDGE IN ALL SAFETY AND HAZARDOUS STANDARD. 4. ENGINEERING DEGREE IS AN ASSET. 5. ABILITY TO BE EXTENT FLEXIBILITY THAT INCLUDE BENDING, TWISTING, AND LIFTING AT LEAST 50LBS. 6. KNOWLEDGE OF DIESEL AND GASOLINE EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS. 7. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER THE SUN, CAN STAND FOR PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME. 8. HIGHLY QUALIFIED IN SUPERVISING SUBORDINATES AND POSSESS LEADERSHIP. 9. WILLING TO WORK IN FLEXIBLE SHIFTS, DAYS, EVENING, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 01, 2020 to September 30, 2021. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: required by 20 CFR655.423(j)(l); If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment.
