Job Title:	CONSTRUCTION LABORERS
Job Duties:	Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers.
High School Diploma Required?	Yes
Qualification Requirements:	High School graduate with 6 months experience. With knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads. With knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Must have general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry and building & maintenance. Must have skills on painting and repairing roofs, windows, doors, floors, and woodwork. Ability to understands and follow safety procedures. Must be able to read blue prints and engineering plumbing, structural and electrical layouts. Must be able to maintain cooperative attitude under stressful circumstances. Can work without any supervision. Must provide certificate of employment, updated police clearance & pass drug test pre-hire. Certificate of employment, updated police clearance and drug test will be applied equally both to U.S. workers and CW-1 workers. Our main concern is to hire skilled workers that suit for the available position and we can do it initially by requesting applicants to submit supporting documents in order for us to know if they are qualified and we are applying this equally for U.S. workers and CW-1 workers.
