| Job Duties: | Prepare, season and cook dishes according to the restaurant menu which includes packing of measured ingredie nts of Ala Carte menu such as Crispy pata, Bulalo, Pancit, Beef tapa, Sinigang and Sisig. Prepare and cook d aily lunch bento such as Pinakbet, Nilaga, Adobo, Ginataang gulay, Kare-kare and other Filipino dishes. Cle an utensils after used. Inspect and clean food preparation area such as equipments, utensils and work surfac es or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Practice first in, first out policy . Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking the quality, keeping tract of old and new items, and rotating stocks. Do stock inventory and request for replenishment if needed. Mop and clean kitchen area daily. Dependable and be able to work early morning shift. |
