Job Title: | Maintenance Technician |
Job Duties: | Perform installation and repair of fire and emergency alarms and other appliances that are used to call out for help in case of emergency. Responsible for the completion of all the maintenance service request as assigned. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency and notify appropriate personnel to follow protocol. Complete and make ready process vacant apartments as directed by the employer. Carry a cellphone as required for an on-call maintenance such as electrical problems. Inspect equipment such as generators located on warehouses, office building. and apartments, air-conditioners on all apartment units and all other equipment for a proper cleaning, apeed temperature and adequate lubrication. Maintain, repair or assemble or install such electrical wiring, plumbing or machinery equipment in the office, warehouse and apartment rental area. Perform routine inspection of equipment in order to do preventive measures in maintaining such equipment. Inspect, operate, or test machine or equipment to diagnose malfunction. Trouble shooting of both mechanical or electrical control. Align and balance new equipment after installation. Clean work areas. Read technical information needed to perform maintenance and repairs. Do the routine inspection of the facilities, do the corrective and preventive measures in maintaining those equipment which includes the following; operating and maintaining 3 units of diesel generator sets, split type air inverted air-conditioners, UPS units, Exhaust fans, industrial fans, water pumps, LED fluorescent, CCTV Monitors, solar power street lights, and other hand tools and power tools such as the water blusters, bush cutters, chainsaw. Routine check and maintenance of the solar panel power system(18.000 KW)for supplying the warehouses and the office building. As a wholesale of various solar lights solar street lights AND OTHER SOLAR POWER ITEMS IN SUPPORT FOR THE FREQUENT unavoidable power outages, this technician should be doing the quality inspection before the items be out in the market and also do some repairs if needed. |

Qualification Requirements: | Applicant must posses CNMI driving license. Applicant must have a comprehensive knowledge of methods, materials and equipment in installing, repairing, such equipment. Must have the ability to exercise independent judgement in determining operation condition required to submit documents as proof of the previous work related experience. Must be physically and mentally fit to work or perform duties efficiently. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed. |
