| Job Duties: | Sells variety of souvenir items in sales establishments. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs. Pla, assemble and stock product displays in retail stores, or make recommendations to retailers regarding product displays, promotional programs, and advertising. Helps customers (retailers) select product to meet customer's needs. Negotiate with the retailers about the prices and terms of sale. Arrange and direct delivery of the products to the designated stores. Negotiate with the retail merchant to improve the product exposure such as the positioning of the product and its promotion techniques. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor's product, prices and sales. Examine the defective items returned by the customers(retailers) to determine if the replacement of the product is needed. Answers the questions regarding the product. Always check the availability of the product in the stocks in the warehouses. Visit and check retail stores (customers) from time to time to provide the kind of items they needed in the store FORWARD ORDERS to the production staff to prepare the scheduled delivery to the designated stores who placed the orders. Monitor inventories of the product available in the market. Prepare sales contracts and order forms. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a CNMI driving license. Must have the basic knowledge and understanding of the SALES PRINCIPLES. Have a strong command and understanding of the product selling. Must be proficient in English language for he or she will be dealing with multiple retailers or customers therefore the applicant must have a good command of English language speaking and writing . Must have a good reading comprehensive for business environment. Must be of good moral character. Chinese or Korean speaking language skill is preferable. MUST be able to work independently. Must be able to work on flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift heacy loads. |
