Job Title: Computer Support Specialist
Job Duties: Oversee the daily performance of computer systems. Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve the problem. Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating system, or appropriate software. Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following designs or installation specifications. Perform other duties as needed.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Must be an Associate degree in related course with excellent ability to provide assistance to computer system users. Answers questions or resolve computer problems via telephone or from a remote location. With the ability to provide assistance concerning the use of the computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, work processing, electronic mail and operating system with good ethics, service-oriented, reliable, dependable and with a positive attitude. Must have at least one year work experience of the job.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position and no more than 1 year of work experience. Work days will be Monday to Friday and work hours will be from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. With this position the employer also offers the three-fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.) Transportation and Subsistence: If the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract, the employer will provide or reimburse the worker’s transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by the Employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the work contract or where the worker dismissed earlier.
