| Job Duties: | To prepare financial statement consisting of a balance sheet wherein it shows the statement of Assets, Liabilities and Equity of the corporation, an Income Statement, wherein it shows the Income and Expenses summary as a result of the business operations, maintain informative date system, examines financial records, maintain book of accounts of the corporation, prepare projected Income and Expense, Budget analysis, bank reconciliation statement, record the daily transaction, prepare payroll computation, prepare monthly gross revenue tax, quarterly employer's witholding tax, quarterly SS/Medicare Tax returns and other taxes that are due to both CNMI and Federal Government, and other related duties that may deem necessary. |
