Job Duties: | Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions. Perform general cleaning duties of buildings or properties. Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. Fabricate or repair counters, benches, partitions, or other wooden structures, such as sheds or outbuildings. |

Qualification Requirements: | Education: minimum U.S. diploma/degree required - High School/GED Work Experience: number of months required - 24 months Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. Requires proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, basic working knowledge of plumbing, and electrical systems, experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools. Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job. Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools. |
