| Job Duties: | Hardware Sales Associate perform a variety of important duties for the Hardware Store chain.Typically provide customers service,including directing customer to product.Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.Recommends,select and help locate or obtain hardware merchandise based on customer needs and desires.Compute sales,prices total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment,prepare merchandise for purchase or rental .Answer question regarding the store and its merchandise .Perform stocking,organizing and cleaning duties at the request of the management team.Hardware Sales Associate work closely with Hardware Manager to deliver satisfaction to every customer entering the store.Check merchandise and affixed labels.Identify damages,loss of goods and all issues in term of shipment or receiving.Assist Hardware Manager/Supervisor encode and receive merchandise using appropriate software program(e.g data base,rock solid and others) Assist other related duties of a Hardware Sales Associate. |
