Job Duties: Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations. Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents. Receive, record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers. Maintain financial or account records. Operate computers or computerized equipment. Execute sales or other financial transactions. Verify accuracy of financial or transactional data. Compile data or documentation. Perform other related duties as requested.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Associate Degree. MAJOR(S) AND/OR FIELDS(S) OF STUDY REQUIRED: FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. 24 months of prior work experience required. Required skills in Accounting software — Intuit QuickBooks,Financial analysis software —Oracle E-Business Suite Financials Mathematics — Using mathematics to solve problems. Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths andweaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Job requires knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data. Job requires knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Previous work related skills, knowledge or expreience is required. Must be dependable, reliable, and responsible in completing task on deadline. Must pay attention to details and must be honest and ethical.

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
