| Job Duties: | Perform semi skilled maintenance and repair of air conditioning system, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, machinery and equipment/appliances, repair and perform maintenance on piping systems and plumbing fixtures including repair of faucet leaks, sinks and toilets, clean drains using plunges and spring; repair and replace dry wall, paint and screen doors and door hardware, shade and blinds; install floor/kitchen/lavatory and wall tiles;p repair and replace ceilings and roof; perform other related duties as may be assigned. |
