| Job Duties: | 1.) Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc. 2.) Clean and disinfect rooms, hall-ways, lobbies, lounges, stairways, locker rooms, kitchenette and other areas so that health standards are met. 3.) Replenish supplies in break rooms, restrooms and kitchenette. 4.) Sweep, vacuum, mop and/or hand scrub floors, rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and shampooers. 5.) Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas. 6.) Observe precautions required and identify safety and maintenance issues and communicate them to the client and supervisor. 7.) Comply with all safety procedures and policies relating to performance of tasks, use of products and supplies. 8.) Prepare the necessary reports as may be required. 9.) Do other related duties as may be assigned. |
