| Job Duties: | Read blueprints effectively to create the item being specified. Fasten pieces of metal together to create a larger fabrication by using bolts, caulk or any other bond you believe to be most appropriate for the component. Maintain tools and equipment when they are not being used by cleaning them and making any essential repairs. Install fabrications occasionally by going to clients’ properties. Examine completed work pieces for defects, such as chipped edges or marred surfaces and sort defective pieces according to types of flaws. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employees in theses occupations generally need one 12 months of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers.
