Job Duties: | Prepares asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports. Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secures financial information by completing data base backups. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Prepares payments by verifying documents and requesting disbursements. Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations. Complies with federal, state and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed action. Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential. |

Comments: | The job opportunity is a full time position commencing on October 01, 2020 to September 30, 2021. Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except, where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
