| Job Duties: | Interact customer to provide information in response to inquiries about marine sports recreation. Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about product or services. Check to ensure appropriate cahnges were made to resolve customer's problem. Keep records of customer interation or transactions, recording datails of inquiries, complaints or comments. Complete contract forms, prepare changes of address record using computers. Check recreational equipment fully operational to ensure customer's satisfaction and safety. |
