| Job Duties: | Supervises the work of office, school, and daycare employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems,Resolves parents, concerns or answers questions regarding school and daycare policies and procedures.Provides employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated concerns.Reviews records or reports pertaining to activities such as production, payroll, or shipping to verify details, monitor work activities, or evaluate performance.Discusses job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems.Prepares and issues work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office, school, and daycare staff. Interprets and communicates work procedures and company policies to staff.Trains or instructs employees in job duties and school and daycare policies.Schedules or arranges Department of Community & Cultural Affairs -Child Care Development Fund Program trainings to be provided to staff.Manages and prepares reports, manuals, correspondence, or other documents required by management and governing agencies. Coordinates activities with the management and governing agencies such as DCCA-CCLP and Public School System.Participates in the work of subordinates to facilitate productivity or to overcome difficult aspects of work. Develops or updates procedures, policies, or standards of school and daycare.Maintains records pertaining to inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, or machine maintenance.Attend Meeting and submit minutes of meeting done with DCCA-CCLP.Monitor childcare operation base on QRIS standard. Making sure that program meets all requirements to be a Child Care Development Fund Program Provider as stated in the Child Care Rules and Regulations |

| Qualification Requirements: | Golden Harvest International School & Daycare is a nonprofit organization and a recipient of federal financial assistance for child care. This made the school under close and strict regulation of CNMI DCCA Licensing and Child Care Development fund. All employees wether a U.S Workers or a CW1 workers should have 30 hours of compulsory annual training hours and technical assistance, training on health and safety, emergency preparedness, CPR certification, health certification/food handler, police clearance and continues training and certifications that child care providers are required to possess. Office Coordinator/Manager of a Childcare and School Facility should be familiar with the Licensing, QRIS standard and CNMI Administrative Code which is very vital on day to day operation of the school and daycare. Atleast Associate Degree with 24 months experience as a Office Coordinator on a Child care setting. |

| Comments: | This Job Opportunity for One (1) Office Coordinator is a temporary, full time position with start date of October 01, 2020 to September 30,2021. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
