| Job Duties: | Record daily transactions, deal and coordinate with customers, suppliers and various staff of different departments, review and analyze details of transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of each transaction and make recommendations to improve accounting procedures, if necessary. Compute taxes and prepare various government reports for compliance, and ensure safekeeping of documents of daily transactions. Prepare schedules and analyses needed by internal and external auditors, and perform other tasks to be assigned by immediate superiors |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, minimum of 3 years accounting experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or payroll (preferably in stevedoring or transportation business) and knowledge of any accounting system, computer literate, must have excellent communication skills and analytical capabilities, willing to work in flexible time with minimal supervision and capable of dealing with various customers/suppliers. Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor. Must be able to pass an Accountant skill test during application process. All applying U.S. citizens and CW-1 individuals must obtain a police clearance post-hire, and undergo a drug test post-hire |
