Job Title: HR Specialist
Job Duties: Responsible for workforce planning and implementing the organizations recruiting and hiring strategy. Proficient & knowledgeable in the preparation and processing of USCIS work authorization documents. Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities and maintaining personnel records. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering information; explaining and obtaining signatures and employees' relevant documents. Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Preparation, filing & completion of employees work authorization documents; ensure compliance with CNMI regulations; corresponds with US/CNMI Labor, USCIS, CBP & other Govt Agencies. Handle several accounting tasks such as monitoring timesheets, handling accounts expenses & sales reports, and other minor accounting tasks. Do other related duties as assign from time to time.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Holder with a minimum of 4-year work experience in the position. Must be proficient in the USCIS work authorization application processes and knowledgeable in Local & Federal Immigration policies, laws and compliance. Knowledge in basic Accounting. Must possess administrative writing skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and knowledge with Microsoft Office software. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Hardworking, can work under less supervision and must be able to meet work deadlines. Must be able to secure CNMI driver's license.

Workdays will be Monday to Friday and work hours will be from 8:00am~5:00pm. On the job training and overtime is not applicable. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from employee's origin to the place of employment as well as return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(l). Employer abides with the ¾ guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) wherein workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions if any.
