| Job Title: | Electronic & Equipment Maintenance |
| Job Duties: | Install, maintain and repair ventilation, air conditioning systems, refrigeration, appliances and equipment of the hotel, commercial spaces and company business establishments. Identify and monitor maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems including poker/slot machines, appliances etc. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test equipment or software, and applying knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems. Install repaired poker machines and equipment to ensure that it functions properly. Repair or adjust equipment, machines, or defective components, replacing worn parts, such as gaskets or seals in watertight electrical equipment. Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests. Calibrate testing poker machines bill validator, other electronic instruments and installed or repaired equipment to prescribed specification. Do other related duties as assign from time to time |

Must be physically fit to be able to handle all kinds of strenuous work. Must have valid CNMI driver license, health certificate and original Police Clearance required |
