| Job Duties: | SUMMARY OF TASKS: Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep the company's financial records updated and complete. SPECIFIC TASKS: Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers. Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses. Operate computers programmed with the company's accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. Comply with Federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations. Prepare and submit monthly reports to the U.S. Department of Transportation as required under 14 CFR 241, also known as the T100 report. Prepare and submit timely reports to the CNMI Department of Finance Revenue and Taxation and Guam Revenue and Taxation, such reports include monthly business gross receipt tax and quarterly withholding tax. Prepare and submit timely reports to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service such as Employers Quarterly Federal Tax Return. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases using specialized accounting software. Receive, record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers. Code documents according to company procedures. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. |

An experience worth with the U.S. generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP). Experience in services related to payroll, account payable, account receivable and submitting monthly and quarterly taxes. |
