Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Job Duties: Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of services. Resolve customer complaints regarding service. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Determine price schedules and discount rates. Prepare budgets and manage budget expenditures. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Plan and assist on training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Keep records of export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections, and to maintain current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions. Advise on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business. Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote services. Confer with potential customers regarding service and equipment needs and advise customers on types of services to avail. Oversee service deliveries of staff/ personnel in other related departments. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Qualification Requirements: Skilled in the use of various operating systems: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications. Persuading others to change their minds or behavior. Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Talking to others to convey information effectively. Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on January 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
