DIAGNOSE MALFUNCTIONING SYSTEMS, APPARATUS OR COMPONENTS USING TEST EQUIPMENT AND HAND TOOLS TO LOCATE THE CAUSE OF BREAKDOWN AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM. |
