Job Title: Guest Service Agent - Food & Beverage
Job Duties: • Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of all hardware, utensils and serving-ware • Deliver high quality products and services to every guest • Inform management about guests’ comments • Accept payment from guests, and make change as necessary • Request and record guests orders, and compute bills using cash registers, multi counting machines, or pencil and paper • Clean and organize eating, service, and kitchen areas • Collect and return dirty dishes to the kitchen for washing • Notify kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders • Relay food orders to chefs • Prepare and serve cold drinks, or frozen milk drinks or desserts, using drink-dispensing, or relevant machines • Select food items from serving or storage areas and place them in dishes, on serving trays, or in take-out bags • Pack food, dishes, utensils, tablecloths, and accessories for transportation from catering or food preparation establishments to locations designated by guests • Arrange tables and decorations according to instructions • Serve food and beverages to guests at banquets or other social functions • Plan, prepare, and deliver meals to individuals with special dietary needs • Participate in daily staff briefings • Encourage good relationships and promote team spirit • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: • Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with guests and employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the facility, the brand, and the Company • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handlers card as required by local government policy • Be able to speak, read, and write in English • Preferably speak, read, and write in Mandarin • Be computer and POS software literate • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to lift and carry up to (50) pounds at a time • Ability to work in an environment where pipe, cigar, and cigarette smoking is permitted • Ability to multi-task, function independently, and work well under pressure • Ability to work a flexible schedule • High school diploma or higher • 1 year related experience

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Employee hired under this announcement will be rotated through each of the three shifts. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
