Job Title: Cage & Count Cashier
Job Duties: •Cage & Count Cashier is responsible to count the cash revenue and cash equivalent wagers of the casino as well as the resort hotel. •Must be able to balance assigned bank accurately, cash chips, gaming tokens, personal checks and travelers checks to guests in a courteous, timely manner. •Calculate and redeem foreign currency, computing accurate exchange rates for the various currencies received in timely manner •Process marker buyback transactions, providing quality service to each guest in a timely manner •Follow proper procedures pertaining to sale and payout of tickets in a timely manner •Assist other cashiers as needed and facilitates the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings. •Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. •Perform Front Window, Rolling Cage, VIP Cage, Team Member Bank, Chip Bank and or Main Bank functions and duties. •Redeem slot machine payout tickets, TITO, vouchers for cash, or cash equivalent. Perform patron account transactions (i.e., safe keeping, front money deposits, and withdrawals). •Perform credit card, EFTPOS cash advances and rolling chip exchanges. •Balance float, and brings it back to the impress amount at completion of the shift. •Prepare table fills and receives table credits. •Handle chip transfers between front windows, chip banks and Main Bank. •Balance the inventory of chip bank to the casino computer system and accounts for all chip movements in and out of the chip bank. •Maintain accurate and legible balance sheets. •Drop and Count Table Cash Revenue and cash equivalent wagers. •Drop and Count Slot Cash Revenue and cash equivalent wagers. (if any) •Drop and Count Hotel, Outlets and Restaurants cash revenue. (if any) •Drop and Count the cash, coins and cash equivalent wagers from Ticket Redemption Machine and all other kind of Automation Cash Machines (if any). •Interact with internal staff and external guests from Asian and international countries. •Provide friendly, efficient and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers •Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance. •Prepare all required documents in each counting process. •Maintain all tools and counting equipment are in good condition. •Maintain Count Room in a clean, tidy and orderly condition. •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies •Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards. •Participate in the company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible. •Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: •High school diploma or above •Some college courses in banking, finance or related area preferred. •1 year or above of experience from a well-established Casino / VIP Junket / five (5) Star hotel/ Well-known property •Previous banking/cash handling experience is an advantage. •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment. •Experience in handling cash and foreign exchange currencies preferred. •Must be extremely numbers oriented and computer literate. •Must have excellent service and communication skills in English. •Must have mathematic/calculation skills in a fast speed required and high pressure environment •Able to operate electronic cashier equipment (e.g. note counters, counterfeit detectors). •Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident, and well-groomed manner. •Full knowledge and understanding of all company and department rules, regulations, policies and procedures. •Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff. •Knowledge of casino games and operations. •Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. •Must be able to secure a Commonwealth Casino Commission Gaming License. •Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. •Self-motivated, organized, confident, friendly and polite. •Customer service oriented, excellent communication and good interpersonal skills. •Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on a rotation basis. •Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries. •Must be able to stand for long periods of time while performing duties. •Must be able to Multi-task.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Employee hired under this announcement will be rotated through each of the three shifts. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
