Job Title: Senior Representative - Loyalty Club
Job Duties: •Handle day to day club operation duties, counter enquiries, requests from customers and coordinate member activities, escalate matter appropriately. •Maintain a tidy, safe, professional and friendly environment that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience and ensure efficient operations. •Work closely and well communicate with all operation teams including F&B, VIP, Hospitality and other concerned departments to deliver services effectively. •Effectively market the loyalty program, actively enroll/sign up players and issue membership cards. Update member info on database. •Explain to customers in detail regarding the membership benefits, available entertainments and facilities, upcoming/current events and promotions, general info of the resort property and its amenities. •Endeavour to remember frequent patrons and establish a personal touch to make guest feel comfortable and welcome. •Promote and assist the execution of in house promotions and events on a continual basis; •Report customer feedback, suggestions, disputes and complaints to supervisor; •Carry out marketing/follow up calls on a regular basis as a part of routine duty assignment; •Issue complimentaries/promotional amenities ,e.g. assist on draw tickets issuance, redemption for players, comp vouchers, club points merchandise, reward items etc. •Input records in system and maintains inventory control logs, tracking of club collateral stocks and supplies; •Accurately complete paperwork in order that requirements of the department, company, government and gaming policies/regulations are satisfied. •Assist in updating daily operation documents, such as task checklists and log sheets, headcount reports, attend training and shift briefings; •Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: •High school diploma or equivalent. •1 year experience; Previous experience working in a face to face guest service position; •Work experience in a casino resort setting, club service operations, or marketing and promotions is an advantage. •Possess a courteous attitude, enthusiastic personality and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with all business contacts; •Good numeric skills and organized; Professional appearance and demeanor; •Ability to treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status and position; •Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures; •Skill in operating office equipment, knowledge of Windows software applications, e.g. Outlook, Word and Excel; •Adaptability to a fast evolving business environment and operating condition; •Can identify and resolve problems according to established guidelines in a timely manner and adopt the resource available; •Independent with sense of responsibility and self motivated; •Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, including night shifts, working on public holidays and weekends. •Schedules may vary based on business need. •May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regular scheduled hours, ie. overtime. •Team spirit willingness to learn and self develop while helping and working closely with others in the team. •Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals and other related documents. •Fluency in English – written and spoken. Able to communicate effectively in Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean is a plus. •Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. •Able to multi-task.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Employee hired under this announcement will be rotated through each of the three shifts. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
