Job Duties: | • The Administrative Assistant will assist the Office Manager by providing office support to ensure effective and efficient office operations. • Provide receptionist services, greet and assist visitors, answer phone and direct calls. • Assist with preparation and coordination of special events. • Maintain scheduling and event calendars. • Attend meetings to record minutes. • File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports. • Prepare and mail checks. • Monitor and submit invoices for approval. • Provide clerical support to other departments. • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, management database systems. • Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions. • Make sure each property, to include vehicles, is covered with insurance. • Monitor all property assessments and filing of appeals. Make sure taxes are paid on time. • Other duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred. • 1-2 Years administrative experience required. • Excellent customer service skills, including phone skills. • Must be efficient, productive, works well with a team and alone, with minimal supervision. • General computer knowledge and skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. |
