| Job Title: | Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) Manager |
| Job Duties: | Duties • Confer with and report to the Executive Director. • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion. • Convene monthly SART Meetings. • Convene quarterly Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) meetings, or more often as needed to review SANE cases, develop SANE on-call schedule, address Continuing Education and training needs, and provide general support. • Research, develop, and write SART Policies and Protocols. • Assist with implementation of SART Policies and Protocols. • Provide technical assistance to SART Members, as requested or needed, to enhance responses to victims of sexual assault. • Provide training for SART members, allied partners, and the community at large. • Lead planning of SART related training events. • Establish relationships with local and national experts to enhance training efforts, provide up to date strategies, and review SART responses. • Develop, conduct and analyze assessments. • Plan and lead public education and outreach efforts. • Communicate ethically and professionally with all colleagues and partners. • Attend and represent NMCADSV at community meetings and committees. • Represent NMCADSV or the SART in local and national meetings, trainings, task forces, or workgroups, as assigned. • Track activities and complete required documentation for use in grant reporting. • Complete accurate and timely grant-related programmatic reports and other reports, as requested or required. • Participate in the planning of other NMCADSV events, as assigned. • Participate in staff meetings, general membership meetings, and board meetings, as requested. • Attend NMCADSV events, as required. • Perform tasks in a variety of locations and environments, including NMCADSV office, the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation, and other locations within the CNMI. • Answer phones and respond to inquiries, as received. • Other duties, as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum Qualifications include: • An understanding of and agreement with NMCADSV’s mission statement and philosophy regarding the elimination of domestic and sexual violence. • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with diverse groups of people and professionals. • Strong organizational, collaborative, and project management skills. • Experience with training or providing education to various audiences. • Experience with facilitating meetings and bringing stakeholders together for collaborative efforts. • Ability to facilitate engagement and interest among allied partners with positive and professional communication. • Experience with assessments and analysis. • Ability to implement complex projects with extremely tight deadlines. • Must be able to work some nights and weekends. • Must be able to travel within the CNMI and to the US Mainland immediately upon hire. • Must have access to reliable transportation. • Must be able to work immediately upon offer. Desired Qualifications include: • Experience working in social justice or working directly with survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. • Experience in medical field and/or nursing background. • A bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Knowledge of dynamics of sexual violence. • Knowledge of and commitment to culturally-relevant, empowerment, and strength-based strategies for eliminating sexual violence. • Demonstrated success with implementing complex projects. |
