Job Title: Office Assistant
Job Duties: File and issue invoices, receipts, and other records. Maintain financial or account records. Collect deposits, payments or fees. Provide notifications to customers. Scan or read incoming materials to determine how and where they should be classified or filed. Input data, new or updated information, or document information into computer systems to support document and information retrieval. Perform general office activities, such as typing,answering telephones, operating office machines, processing mail, or securing confidential materials. Keep records of materials filed or removed, using logbooks or computers and generate computerized reports. Add new material to file records or create new records as necessary. Assist customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products(life and non-life insurances). Keep records of customer interactions or transactions and recording details of inquiries. In-charge of the overall completeness of documents filed for each client, making all files orderly and accessible to all staff, update list of clients using Excel and Word, follow up payments and does invoice and receipts.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Knowledgeable in MS Office. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records. Can work independently and under pressure. Has the ability to read, write and understand information. Can handle or assist any kind of customers. With good customer service and pleasing personality. Must have no record of theft. Good in correspondence and answering emails.
