| Job Duties: | 1. Responsible for the collection and payment of property management fees and various expenses, and make corresponding records. 2. Responsible for recording and arranging services such as property cleaning, greening, public security, maintenance, reception, and return visits. 3. Fully knowledge of the use of public facilities and equipment. 4. Coordinating with the manager to send documents on property management. 5. Complete the collection, sorting, updating and filing of property information on a regular basis. 6. Responsible for checking the status of the records management property, tracking and handling complaints from the owner (tenant). 7. Responsible for the reception work, and explain reasonably, and solve the problems raised by the owners and tenants in a timely manner. 8. Responsible for looking for qualified tenants. 9. Complete the tasks assigned by the manager. |
