Job Duties: Maintains grounds of property using hand or power tolls or equipment. Mows using mowers, bush cutter. Plants, waters, fertilizes plants. Prunes, trims trees, shrubs using pruners or chain saw. Rakes grounds to maintain cleanliness.

Qualification Requirements: Should have at least 3 months of experience as Landscaper or Grounds keeping worker Knows how to operate hand and power tools use in landscaping and grounds keeping maintenance. Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license.

Comments: 1.EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job is for FULL-TIME position. 2.WORK HOURS AND DAYS: Employees hired under this announcement will work full time employment with Forty (40) hours per week. 2.A1. Work Hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 2.A2. Work Days, Monday to Friday 3.PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, TRAVEL REQUIREMENT AND WHERE APPLICANTS WILL RESIDE: The place of employment is in Tanapag, Saipan. The worker will travel within Saipan by land transportation on a daily basis. The worker should reside in Saipan to perform the job during employment period. 4.FREQUENCY WHICH WORKER WILL BE PAID: The worker will be paid on a Bi-weekly basis 5.THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any 6.INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all the inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. 7.FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border processing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees) 8.DAILY TRANSPORTATION: The employer will not provide daily transportation. 9.HOUSING: The employer will not provide housing during the employment. 10.MEAL: The Employer will not provide meals during the employment. 11.ON-THE-JOB-TRAINING: No on-the-job training is provided by the employer 12.RECRUITMENT INFORMATION: Applicants can apply through Job Vacancy Announcement as posted in CNMI Labor website; can call 670-322-4305 and inquire where to submit the application documents; can email resume to pangelinanne@gmail.com.
