| Job Duties: | - Perform work involving repair and maintenance of the residential units own by MB Tech. Micronesia, LLC. Duties may involve pipe fitting; carpentry; repair electrical; and repairing buildings, floors or stairs. - Paint and repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, and other parts of building structures, as needed. - Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures such as sheds and outbuildings, as needed. - Estimate repair cost if there are any units requiring repair. - Lay brick to repair and maintain buildings, walls arches and other structures, as needed. - Perform routine preventive maintenance on a periodic basis. - Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, as needed. - Maintain all the residential units at its livable condition which also involves grass cutting and trash collections around the premises. |
