Job Title: Controller
Job Duties: Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Reviews accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences. Prepares adjusting journal entries. Establishes tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Analyzes business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Reports to top management regarding the finances of the organization. Develop, implement, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements. Directs financial operations. Supervise employees performing financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, payroll and budgeting duties. Reviews and approves check disbursements, payroll computation, etc. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel. Formulates policies and procedures and ensures that each department strictly follows the companys budget, policies and regulations. Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards. Documents business transactions and audit contracts and other financial transactions to substantiate the transactions prior to settlement. Oversees all departments including but not limited to Accounting and Admin including HR functions. Other duties that may be assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualification Requirements: U.S. BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTANCY OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENCE IS REQUIRED IN THIS POSITION. MUST BE A U.S. CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENCE; WITH AT LEAST FOUR YEARS RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN MANAGERIAL CAPACITY AND AT LEAST FOUR YEARS EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL ACCOUNTING WORK; KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL ASPECTS OF ACCOUNTING AND MANAGEMENT; PROFICIENT IN USING PEACHTREE AND QUICKBOOKS BUSINESS ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE PROGRAMS, AND MS OFFICE. MUST BE HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY AND HAS AN EXCELLENT SOLID TRACK RECORD OF ACCOUNTING WORK EXPERIENCE.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
