| Job Duties: | • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of peer group team members engaged in Back Of House systems and projects. • Define, document and verify with user Departments any business system requirements and transform such into technical specifications for sourcing from vendor or internally. • Support user Departments in the development of business case for justification of acquisition of Non-Gaming and related systems. • Organize the participation of user Departments and IT team members in the evaluation of business applications and systems. • Assist in the final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of business applications and systems procured, working together with user Departments and the Quality Assurance team. • Develop, review and make appropriate recommendations on any IT internal process or software applications. • Perform team member performance evaluation. • Handle or report any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner. • Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures. |

| Qualification Requirements: | •Bachelor in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum. Any Business related or Technology related certifications are a plus. •2 years in I.T. system development/support or business analysis with at least 3 years in a supervisory / team leader role. o Managing sizable in-house developed IT projects, preferably in a large casino. o Managing sizable vendor supplied IT projects, preferably in a large casino. •Good interpersonal and Communication skills. o Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics o Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position o Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures o Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly o Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written o Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need o Must be able to work independently or with a team o Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction o Extensive knowledge of the Enterprise ERP or PMS/POS System desirable. o Multiple years of experience in a large casino. o Understanding of major departmental activities within a large casino hotel. •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. | Comments: | (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
