| Job Duties: | Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency. Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members. Plan or direct activities such as sales promotions that require coordination with other department managers. Develop or implement product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions. Perform other duties relevant to Club operation. Prepare gaming analytics and game optimization as well as strategic planning for gaming operations. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree with minimum of four (4) years’ work experience as a Casino Manager. Must be computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook. Must be familiar with casino management systems or other related gaming systems. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work. Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes. Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job. Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. |

| Comments: | Job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Work will be performed at Club C located at Kanoa Resort, Susupe Beach Road , Saipan MP 96950. As required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE, The worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. The employer will deduct all mandatory CNMI and Federal Taxes. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned. Workers will be provided without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Employer will assist Employee to find board & lodging. Assistance service at no cost to Employee. Transportation: Inbound transportation and subsistence costs from point of origin will be paid by Employer if the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract. Upon completion of the contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.
