| Job Duties: | Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe, fitting, boiler making , Insulating ,welding machining, carpentry ,repairing ,electrical or mechanical equipment, installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment and repairing buildings, floor, or stairs. Inspect , operate or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Dismantle machines, equipment or devices to access and remove defectives parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools or power tools. Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors or belts checking fluid levels, replacing filters or doing other preventive maintenance actions. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary. Repair machines equipment, or structure using tools such as hammers , hoists, saws drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments electrical or electronic testing devices. | Fringe Benefits: | This job opportunity is a temporary,full time position. There is one (1) number of job opening intent to fill,Required at least 24 months work related experience with high school diploma.The place of employment is Msgr Guerrero Rd Chalan Kiya Saipan From Monday to Friday,35 hr/week 7 hr a day.The Employer will make all deduction from the pay check as required by law. Three -Fourth Guarantee:Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workday of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need,Which ever is later ,and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions,if any.Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period,the employer will provide,reimburse or advance payment for the workers transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier ,the employer will provide or pay for the workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work,except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment .The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Employer provide tools and equipment. Worker will be provided without charge or deposit charge all tools,supplies and equipment required to performed the duties assigned.Board ,lodging or other facilities.worker will be provided withboard,lodging,or facilities and or the employer will assist workers in security board ,lodging or other facilities. |
